Overnight Oats

Hey, hey, if you are like me and sometimes you don’t have much time in the morning, this is the best option. You can make it the night before with any flavour and once it is all combined you can just grab the container and eat it on the way.


  • 1/2 cup oat
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 10 Blueberries
  • 3 Strawberries, in cubes
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 10 Almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chia
  • 1 tsp Goji berry


  1. Mix all the ingredients into the jar or a container with a lid.
  2. Let it rest in fridge over night.
