    Banana bread or banana cake? Well, I don’t really know but this is so good that I don’t really care. I like to make it, slice it and freeze individually, so when I want a slice for breakfast or snack It’s easy to defrost. For this recipe I used almond nuts, but you can use any kind you like. Also I added poppy seeds but you can take it out if you’d prefer. I like to make other variations with the flour as well. Enjoy!     Overnight Oats

    Hey, hey, if you are like me and sometimes you don’t have much time in the morning, this is the best option. You can make it the night before with any flavour and once it is all combined you can just grab the container and eat it on the way. Ingredients 1/2 cup oat 1/2 cup almond milk 10 Blueberries 3 Strawberries, in cubes 1 tsp Honey 10 Almonds, roughly chopped 1/2 tsp Chia 1 tsp Goji berry Steps Mix all the ingredients into the jar or a container with a lid. Let it rest in fridge over night. ❤️

    Kiwi and Banana Smoothie

    Smoothies are the best option for breakfast for sure, you can be creative and put almost anything inside. It is super healthy and makes you feel full for longer. Ingredients 1 1/2 cups almond milk 1 banana, peeled 1 kiwi, peeled 1/2 orange, peeled handful of kale 1tsp chia juice of 1/2 lemon Steps Put everything into a blender and blend it until until smooth. ❤️

    Like I already told you guys, I’m not really a breakfast person. But I have been trying to make better choices related to food at least on the weekdays, and hopefully on the weekends as well. I normally go for sweet rather then savoury dishes for breakfast, so don’t get surprised if you see lots of sweeter breakfast options.     Açaí Bowl

    There are few things I like for breakfast and one of them is açaí bowl. of course the açai we get here is not the same we get in Brazil, but still pretty nice. I hope you like and make it. Enjoy 🙂   Ingredients 100g frozen açaí puree ½ bananas 1/2 orange chia to taste blueberries to taste granola to taste *You can replace this with fruit juice or coconut water, just add a little by little to help it blend better.     Hey amores, people who follow me on Instagram may have already seen this recipe, but I decided to share here so everyone can learn how to make it. I eat it as a snack or for breakfast with yogurt or my favourite way – with an açaí bowl. By the way, I’ll soon post here how I make that too.     Some people are really into savoury food for breakfast, I normally prefer sweets. Recently I have been trying to cook a little bit more healthy, even though that’s not what I’m used to. Since everybody seems to like pancakes for brekky, this is a healthy version of it.
