    Today I want to tell you a little about our Christmas celebrations in Brazil. First of all, we celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve 24th and we normally celebrate it at dinner time – around 8/9pm so that we still have time to go around to our neighbours’ houses and they have time to come to our house.     Also known as Greek style rice in Brazil, this is the type of rice we serve only at Christmas time and New Years. To be honest this is my second favorite dish for Christmas and I don’t really understand why everyone only eats then – it is pretty delicious!     There are few things I like for breakfast and one of them is açaí bowl. of course the açai we get here is not the same we get in Brazil, but still pretty nice. I hope you like and make it. Enjoy 🙂   Ingredients 100g frozen açaí puree ½ bananas 1/2 orange chia to taste blueberries to taste granola to taste *You can replace this with fruit juice or coconut water, just add a little by little to help it blend better. I eat it as a snack or for breakfast with yogurt or my favourite way – with an açaí bowl. By the way, I’ll soon post here how I make that too.
